INFO: Administrative shares (c$, d$, etc.) disabled by default in Windows Vista

You need to make a registry change to make it work.

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
2. New DWORD: LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy = 1
