After launching Dell SAS RAID Storage Manager it asks you for enter a username and password combination.
What it expects is the username and password of a Windows account with administrative privileges.
It's your local or domain user that you used when you installed the application
I ended up having to use the local admin account - domain admin didn't cut the mustard for me! Thanks for the info
You'll have to use the User Principal Name (user@yourdomain.com)
